I live, breath and eat fitness everyday of my life. I fell in love with fitness when it was my only escape of the stress that I faced while working in the financial industry for many years. I had always felt that my calling was for something even greater. After doing some soul searching I knew exactly what it was, to help others become an even better and stronger version of themselves. I strive to help others become of strong body and mind. I'm blessed to be able to work in a field that I am so passionate about and around those who truly aspire to change lives!
